Dordogne Mayhem is an exclusive trail for Mountain Biking Dordogne, the best sections of these loops are on Private Property with exclusive rights to Walking Dordogne.
The benefits of tearing up the Dordogne Mayhem Trail, is that it is a one way system, which means as a rider you can open up, and not have to worry about on coming traffic or hikers.
Hells Gorge
Hells Gorge is a good brutal downhill, only for the experienced and crazy mountain biker. The Guardian of Hells Gorge will throw everything at you to stop you from making it all the way down. This section is just one that can be found on Walking Dordogne’s notorious “Devils Playground” tour.
Valley of Revenge
Valley of Revenge is one of Walking Dordogne’s popular off road cycling trips, it takes you on a 3-4 hour loop with plenty of up’s and downs.
The Valley of Revenge takes you on single tracks, double tracks and just a couple of hard tracks, and will spoil you with some fantastic scenery the Dordogne is famous for.

Devils Backbone
“Devils Backbone” is a fantastic figure of 8 loop with a handful of excellent fast downhills.
You can make this a 20 min adrenaline ride, or you can combine it with other loops to make it last a whole day.. How much you can take, depends on how much you can give.
The Devils Play Ground
Devils Playground is Walking Dordogne’s latest Off Road biking adventure.
A 2-3 hour loop with some thrilling up’s and downs.
Takkle the “Devils Backbone” try and get past the “Seven Brothers” scream down “Satans Fury” and get out of “Hells Gorge” in one piece!!..
